Should You Offer Your Clients Dermal Fillers?

If you have any kind of beauty salon, you’ll often have a wide range of different treatments for your clients, but if you don’t yet offer dermal fillers, are you missing out on some big profits? These are very popular, and it could be that your current clients would love to try them, and on top of that, there might be some potential clients who, if you did offer dermal fillers, would be more likely to make an appointment with you.

However, there is a lot to consider before you add fillers to your repertoire, and with that in mind, let’s take a look at whether or not you should offer your clients dermal fillers.

Your Clients Are Asking

Should you offer your clients dermal fillers? It’s a great question, and there are a few signs to look out for that it would be a great step to take. One of the most obvious and easiest to understand is if your clients are actually asking for this particular treatment – if they are (and it’s more than a small handful of people, of course), then it’s well worth adding to your list of treatments – after all, it’s going to be popular and you’ll get the customers you need to make it all worthwhile.

The fact is that dermal fillers can be a lucrative addition to your practice, especially if there’s a high demand for them – and why wouldn’t there be? The procedure is minimally invasive and ideal for dealing with small lines, thin lips, and even hollow cheeks. It’s sure to be popular.

Training

Another reason to at least consider adding dermal fillers to your list of treatments is that training to ensure you get it right is readily available. That means you don’t have to worry about making a mistake and causing any problems for your clients (and for your business as a result!), and you can prove to your clients that you know what you’re doing, which should help gain even more customers.

Working hard to gain an aesthetic injector certification means you’ll understand more about how the face works and is put together, injection techniques, product selection, and how to do everything as safely as possible, so you’ll be able to impress your clients with all your new knowledge. It would be a shame to do all that training and then not actually use it, so adding dermal fillers to your salon makes a lot of sense.

You’ll Make Money

At the end of the day, you’re running a business, and that business is designed to make money – if adding dermal fillers to your treatment list is going to ensure that happens, then why not do it?

You’ll need to see whether or not you’ve got enough customers who’ll pay for the procedure, and you’ll need to consider if you can charge the right price in your area to make a profit – if you can, and there’s interest, it’s definitely the kind of treatment that could work for you.
